For industry, the path to AI transparency and explainability involves a combination of organizational culture and tool adoption. Companies need to integrate XAI into the AI development lifecycle, from initial design to deployment and continuous monitoring. This means investing in training for engineers and data scientists, as well as establishing multidisciplinary teams that include ethics and regulatory experts.
